Role Overview
The HEINEKEN Company invites applications for the key position of Security Administration Manager. This crucial role involves leading the administrative, financial, governance, and personnel management facets of Corporate Security. The successful candidate will champion operational excellence by instituting robust security governance, optimizing resource use, managing vendors and guard services, overseeing compliance, and delivering insightful intelligence reporting. Collaborating with various internal and external partners, this role aims to fortify risk management, enhance security operations, and protect the company’s people, assets, and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance security governance through the development and implementation of effective policies, controls, and improvements to processes.
- Promote budgetary efficiency, optimize costs, and ensure financial compliance within security operations.
- Improve security service quality through proficient management of vendors and security personnel.
- Provide actionable intelligence and risk analysis to enable informed decision-making.
- Maintain audit readiness and compliance while proactively addressing potential operational and security risks.
- Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and deliver comprehensive reports that support continuous enhancement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of at least five O' Level credits including Mathematics, English, and three other relevant subjects.
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Criminology, Social Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field; possession of a professional security certification such as CPP, PSP, PCI, or CSMP is mandatory. A Master's degree is advantageous.
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in a related security role, ideally within the FMCG sector. Background in Military, Police, or Department of State Services (DSS) is considered an asset.
- Completion of NYSC with a Discharge or Exemption Certificate is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
