Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Overview

Kanary Staffing is seeking an expert Artificial Intelligence Engineer skilled in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing to join their Bengaluru team. The candidate will work extensively with Python and large language models such as GPT-4, GPT-4o, and LLAMA 2/3, leveraging Azure AI services including Azure Open AI and Azure AI Document Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance, scalable RESTful APIs utilizing Python.
• Design and fine-tune prompts and input parameters to optimize output from large language models.
• Continuously research to enhance NLP accuracy and explore different LLMs to minimize costs.
• Train and fine-tune LLMs using custom datasets.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
• Perform testing, debugging, and ensure applications have maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices related to AI, ML, DL, Azure AI tools, GPT, and LLAMA models.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Python programming and software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with NLP and prompt engineering techniques.
• Proficiency in REST API development along with NoSQL and RDBMS database design and tuning.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud technologies such as Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, object-oriented and functional programming principles, and design best practices.
• Experience working with SQL Server and modern data warehouse technologies like Snowflake.
• Preferred knowledge of LangChain, Vertex Search, Vector Databases, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings with strong communication skills.
