Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary executive to lead as the ACE (Applications, Communications & Engineering) Lead for NCS Australia, heading one of the nation’s largest digital engineering and transformation teams. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leadership position involves managing approximately 500 experts across fields such as Applications Engineering, Digital Experience, Architecture, Quality Engineering, and Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the ACE practice to promote growth, innovation, and market leadership.
• Establish and nurture trusted partnerships with CIOs, CTOs, and executive stakeholders across Australia’s top organizations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account leadership to identify and win strategic transformation engagements.
• Ensure excellence in delivering large-scale, complex digital transformation projects.
• Expand capabilities in engineering, architecture, quality assurance, AI-enabled processes, and emerging technologies.
• Create a dynamic, commercially robust practice that achieves strong client success and fosters an engaged workforce.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a leader in large-scale technology consulting or delivery organizations.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating client relationships and converting strategic business opportunities.
• Expertise in managing multifaceted transformation initiatives and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Track record in building high-performance practices and nurturing talent development.
• Comfortable engaging with senior executives and board-level stakeholders.
• Background in leading within consulting, systems integration, or technology service environments is highly advantageous.
