About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Learning & Development Specialist based in Doha, Qatar to spearhead the creation and execution of impactful learning initiatives that promote organizational growth, leadership enhancement, and workforce capability strengthening. The chosen candidate will craft effective learning strategies, collaborate closely with key stakeholders, and lead programs that elevate employee growth and organizational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute learning and development programs that align with overarching business goals.
  • Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to detect areas for skill enhancement.
  • Oversee the complete learning process, from planning through delivery and ongoing evaluation to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Develop diverse blended learning solutions including workshops, coaching sessions, digital modules, and experiential learning activities.
  • Lead leadership and professional development programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor learning solutions that meet business demands.
  • Manage relationships with external learning providers and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8 to over 10 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Learning roles.
  • Expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and full-cycle learning program management.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management capabilities.
  • Certifications in Learning & Development, coaching, or leadership development are beneficial.
