Senior Manager, Program Management

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project roadmaps to ensure seamless delivery across multiple AI projects.
• Serve as the communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing dependencies and aligning goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and business teams to ensure AI initiatives support overall company objectives.
• Report regularly to executive leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with AI teams, data scientists, developers, marketing, and PR to oversee full project lifecycles.
• Ensure all AI models and products meet deadlines, scope, and budget requirements.
• Lead and refine the AI organization's operational cadence including program reviews and release planning.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to gauge the success of AI initiatives.
• Manage budgets to implement AI solutions cost-effectively.
• Develop scalable program management practices to enhance predictability and execution efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 8 years' experience in project or program management, ideally within AI, data science, or software development.
• Demonstrated success managing complex AI/ML projects in technology or gaming companies.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
• Knowledgeable about AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and cloud AI deployments.
• Practical experience with AI/ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow, SageMaker, and TensorFlow Serving.
• Background in AI product development or software engineering.
• Skilled with project management software like JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experienced in executive planning and reporting.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitating cross-team collaboration.

Education

Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, AI, business management, or related fields from an accredited institution.

Additional Information

• Position located in Singapore office.
• Occasional travel requirement: up to one trip per year.
