Senior Network Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with over five years of professional experience within the region. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive expertise in enterprise network infrastructures, cybersecurity solutions, and network optimization.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Design, architect, and implement LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot SD-WAN technologies to enhance network performance.
• Manage cybersecurity frameworks including Firewalls, VPNs, Network Access Control (NAC), Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), and Zero Trust models.
• Oversee Passive Network Infrastructure components such as structured cabling, fiber optics, racks, patch panels adhering to industry standards.
• Conduct network performance monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting using standard tools.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation including proposals, BOQs, network schematics, and as-built records.
• Collaborate closely yet work independently with clients, consultants, and cross-functional project teams for seamless project execution.
• Apply routing and switching protocols knowledge involving BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), Quality of Service (QoS), and multicast techniques.

Qualifications and Additional Information

• Minimum five years of experience within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Hands-on experience with prominent networking vendors such as Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Huawei.
• Familiarity with project planning, task management, and technical coordination is essential.
• Possession of certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Aruba, or similar credentials is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities alongside excellent communication and problem-resolution skills.
