Role Overview
We seek a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee expansive hardware and IT infrastructure projects spanning multiple global locations. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, coordinating global teams, third-party partners, and complex budgets to ensure successful, timely delivery that meets scope and financial targets. This role is a 12-month contract based in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of multi-technology infrastructure rollouts across international sites.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including critical path analysis, resource distribution, and budget management for cost and revenue.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, external deployment partners, and executive clients.
- Identify and address project risks, issues, and changes to scope proactively.
- Create a cooperative team culture and provide guidance to junior project staff.
Candidate Profile
- Over 10 years’ experience in IT or Network Project Management, preferably within professional services settings.
- Demonstrated success managing complex global deployments covering more than 100 sites.
- Extensive expertise in IT infrastructure, including storage, computing, and networking; knowledge of NVIDIA AI technologies such as GPUs and CUDA is highly advantageous.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills, capable of steering challenging conversations and aligning executive stakeholders across international and Australian clients.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline; having PMP certification is a significant plus.
- Willingness to work across various time zones and travel up to 15% if needed.

This position requires flexible hours to accommodate coordination with various global teams. The role involves managing significant multi-site projects within a matrixed environment.
