Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Sales Associate to elevate customer satisfaction and uphold high standards at our retail location in Kochi, Kerala. This role promises a monthly remuneration between 18,000 and 26,000 INR.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain the store's presentation and visual merchandising to exemplary standards.
- Respond effectively to customer inquiries concerning our products and services.
- Support inventory control and management activities as needed.
- Demonstrate products and articulate their benefits to customers.
- Organize and arrange products for sales display.
- Process customer payments and record transactions using cash registers.
