Role Overview
Innovatives Fund Management Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru, India. This role requires collaborating with fellow developers to design algorithmic solutions and detailed flowcharts, writing clean and efficient code according to project requirements, and integrating various software modules including third-party applications. The candidate will be responsible for verifying, deploying, and maintaining software systems, addressing bugs, and iterating on existing applications for improved functionality and performance. Gathering and assessing user feedback to inform enhancements, as well as preparing technical documentation for ongoing reference and reporting, are vital elements of this position.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate must have a significant background as a Software Developer or Engineer, preferably with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies. Familiarity with test-driven development processes is necessary. Proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks including PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and database systems like MySQL, along with tools such as Git and RESTful APIs, is essential. The ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and programming languages, coupled with strong communication capabilities and a problem-solving mindset, will greatly benefit the candidate in executing their responsibilities effectively.
