About the Role
We are collaborating with a leading Australian organisation in Melbourne to recruit a Senior Strategy Manager to join their high-performing enterprise strategy team. This position offers a unique chance to engage directly with senior executives on pivotal initiatives spanning artificial intelligence, productivity enhancement, strategic performance management, digital transformation, investment prioritisation, and customer strategy development. The role focuses on solving complex business challenges, shaping the strategic direction, and influencing decision-making across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic problem-solving efforts and formulate actionable executive-level recommendations.
- Perform comprehensive market, customer, competitor, and financial analyses to inform strategy.
- Support the planning and implementation of critical strategic initiatives.
- Develop and prepare presentations, board papers, and briefing documents for executives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments including strategy, technology, product, and transformation.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Proven experience from top-tier or Tier 1 strategy consulting firms, or corporate strategy roles within banking, financial services, or Big Four consulting organizations with a focus on strategy.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations, advanced Excel skills, and excellent executive communication abilities.
- Demonstrated capability in influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic decisions.
