Role Overview
The Senior Technical Product Manager (Integrations) will lead the development of Auror’s platform to unify retail crime prevention data sources. This role focuses on expanding and enhancing integrations with other retail crime prevention technologies and ecosystems, including the Retail Crime Intelligence Hub. Your role involves driving product growth, strategy, and execution, while responsibly leveraging AI to deliver impactful customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers, integration partners, and internal stakeholders to understand problems, requirements, and technical constraints, serving as the advocate for customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align the integration product strategy with customer needs and company goals, owning the vision and roadmap.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by working closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial teams, while coordinating go-to-market efforts to maximize adoption.
- Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies to foster innovation and maintain product competitiveness.
- Lead strategic decisions ensuring product-market fit, scalability, value delivery, and return on investment by analyzing commercial impacts and competitor dynamics.
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI thoughtfully and ethically into the platform in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Define and track key product performance metrics and communicate results and insights to stakeholders and the broader company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering enterprise-grade B2B SaaS products to the market.
- Strong customer-centric focus in product roadmap development and solution design, anticipating current and future customer needs.
- Ability to operate strategically at a high level and execute hands-on to complete initiatives.
- Experienced in leveraging data to guide product improvements and strategy decisions.
- Exhibited strategic thinking capability and success contributing to product strategy formulation.
- Solid commercial acumen with experience in managing financial aspects of product lines.
- Strong execution skills with a record of shipping fast, high-quality products.
- Technical background with notable experience in integrations and working with APIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high empathy and social intelligence tailored to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Proactive, organized self-starter with strong focus and a bias towards action and progress.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with platform or API ecosystem products.
- Exposure to global scale products and managing teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- Experience innovating with AI and machine learning technologies.
- Background in collaborating with partner service providers to optimize customer value.
