Role Overview
The Service Coordinator will play a vital role in managing and supporting all aspects of service operations. This position involves overseeing customer interactions, scheduling service calls, and ensuring smooth communication among technicians and teams to provide effective service delivery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing customer coordination and delivering prompt support services.
- Allocating and scheduling service calls to appropriate personnel.
- Ensuring proper documentation and closure of each service call.
- Handling escalations efficiently and finding suitable resolutions.
- Coordinating with technicians and following up to track progress.
- Monitoring spare parts requests and managing service requisitions.
- Addressing customer complaints with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Overseeing service operations and coordinating activities within the team.
