Role Overview
Harness the comprehensive capabilities of the ServiceNow platform by designing, implementing, and refining custom workflows, integrations, and automation solutions. This role is pivotal in streamlining operational efficiencies throughout IT, HR, and various business processes.
Key Duties
- Configure and deploy ServiceNow platform components effectively.
- Set up and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules.
- Develop tailored workflows to meet organizational needs.
- Integrate third-party systems to enhance platform functionality.
- Create and maintain employee-centric workflow solutions to improve user experience.
- Optimize platform performance and provide ongoing technical support.
