Job Overview
The Cantillon Group, a distinguished convenience retailer in Cork, is seeking a dynamic Shop Assistant to join the team at MAXOL Carrigaline located on Cork Road. This position primarily involves afternoon shifts.
Key Duties
- Deliver courteous and professional customer service.
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers to ensure exemplary care.
- Maintain adequate stock inventory levels.
- Consistently uphold store standards relating to cleanliness, merchandising, presentation, and service quality.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in alignment with store policies.
- Perform additional tasks as delegated by store management.
