Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Shopify Specialist to oversee the management, optimization, and expansion of eight Shopify stores operating globally. This role involves hands-on management of order processing, product and catalog updates, inventory coordination with international third-party logistics warehouses, ERP integration, and collaboration with teams in marketing, customer service, and logistics across multiple countries and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer daily order processing across all Shopify stores worldwide.
- Create, maintain, and improve product listings, collections, pricing structures, and promotional campaigns for diverse regional storefronts.
- Manage accurate product images and descriptions ensuring brand consistency in various markets.
- Monitor and respond appropriately to customer reviews.
- Maintain detailed sales and consumption reports spanning multiple regions and currencies.
- Track inventory levels across 3PL warehouses located in the USA, UK, Europe, UAE, KSA, Canada, Australia, and other regions.
- Handle manual order processing during synchronization issues with logistics partners such as Flexport, Locad, Emmjay, Parcel Ship, CSS, WAPI, and E-Shipper+.
- Update warehouse kit information, VTB sheets, and pricing in multiple currencies.
- Ensure ERP systems reflect accurate product and order data for all international locations.
- Manage promotions, coupon codes, and offers for distributors and salons across all operational markets.
- Prepare and distribute performance reports daily, weekly, and monthly to global leadership.
- Monitor critical e-commerce KPIs including conversion rates, average order value, fulfillment accuracy, and stock-out rates, and address issues proactively.
- Resolve order-related and address discrepancies through coordination with customer support and warehouse teams.
- Manage special order types including drafts and replacements.
- Collaborate with global customer service teams to address sales inquiries.
- Partner with the marketing team to implement campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal promotions, ensuring timely updates of pricing and catalogs using Shopify’s tools and apps.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, E-Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three years of practical experience working with Shopify, preferably managing multiple stores or international/global storefronts.
- Proficient knowledge of Shopify administration, Shopify plugins and applications, ERP systems, and third-party logistics integrations.
- Good understanding of order lifecycle management, inventory synchronization, and multi-currency and multi-regional Shopify store setups.
- Advanced competency in spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, particularly for handling and consolidating large datasets from multiple markets.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional, global teams across several time zones.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage deadlines efficiently across multiple stores and projects.
