Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted social media strategies that strengthen our brand and actively engage our community.
• Create compelling content including text, images, and videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement actions to increase reach.
• Stay attuned to trends and creatively apply new ideas and formats within social media marketing.
• Compose blog articles, newsletters, and other marketing communications that effectively connect with our target audience.
• Bring prior references or project experience in social media marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing.
• Experience working with various social media platforms.
• Creativity and the ability to implement strong ideas.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (level C1).
