Role Overview

The company is looking for a seasoned front-end engineer with a solid foundation in software and product development. This position is aimed at someone with more than 3 years of relevant experience and a history of contributing to or guiding teams that build dependable software products.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience working with the Magento ecommerce framework.
• Hands-on programming ability in one or more of PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Strong practical experience in front-end development.
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Good grasp of core computer science fundamentals.
• Clear understanding of project work completed during the academic curriculum.
• Positive attitude with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a clear understanding of the organisation’s core products and how the business operates.
• Apply foundational technical knowledge to specialised work areas as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners across research, project teams, management, quality assurance, and operations.
• Help develop software that is aligned with market expectations for functionality, reliability, performance, and scalability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to Agile or Scrum-based ways of working.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and genuine enthusiasm for technology and product building.

Education

B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization.
