About the Role
Spectrum Consulting is seeking skilled Software Test Engineers / Test Analysts to join their team in Hyderabad with an onsite opportunity in Dubai, UAE. This role involves both manual and automated testing within Microsoft technology verticals, utilizing frameworks such as Python, Robot Framework, and Selenium. The position is full-time and requires onsite work, with an initial project duration of 2 years that may be extended.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation test frameworks to support efficient software testing.
- Create, write, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure quality standards.
- Execute comprehensive test cases and assess results meticulously.
- Identify bugs and track them systematically to facilitate prompt resolution.
- Work closely with development teams to enhance product quality.
- Develop detailed test plans and scenarios to cover software requirements thoroughly.
- Engage in product design reviews to provide testing insights and ensure testability.
Tools and Technologies
- Selenium for cross-browser web application testing.
- JUnit for Java-based unit testing.
- TestNG to support high-volume automated testing.
- Appium for iOS and Android mobile application testing.
- Postman for automating API testing.
- Apache JMeter for conducting performance tests.
- Cucumber to implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) approaches.
Requirements
- Between 4 to 9 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 4 years as a Test Engineer or equivalent role.
- Prior experience with Microsoft technologies and proficiency in Python scripting and automation frameworks such as Robot Framework and Selenium.

- Work location: Hyderabad, India (with onsite requirement in Dubai, UAE)

- Annual salary range: ₹1,000,000 to ₹1,500,000 based on experience and market standards.
- Monthly Dubai onsite salary: AED 7,000 to 10,000.
