Position Summary
As a Stocking Team Associate at Walmart's Greenville Supercenter, your primary role involves unloading deliveries and replenishing stock within the backroom area. You may be required to handle heavy loads exceeding 50 pounds and operate equipment such as forklifts when necessary.
Compensation
- Hourly wage ranges from 14 to 27 USD per hour, with a guarantee that your rate will meet or surpass the location-specific minimum wage.
- Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Extra pay premiums, varying from 0.35 to 3.00 USD per hour, may be awarded based on factors like your schedule, work location, seasonality, or specific tasks performed. It is possible to earn multiple premiums if criteria overlap.
