Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee master data and MRP settings for assigned production assets.
  • Maintain material balanced production plans across accountable resources.
  • Generate and adjust production plans that fulfill the sales plan and are capacity-balanced.
  • Collaborate closely with demand management, plants, and export teams for business and supply synchronization.
  • Formulate and execute inventory management strategies to achieve target levels.
  • Comprehend and analyze end-to-end supply chain dynamics, including capacities, lead times, and bottlenecks for efficiency.
  • Assess the feasibility of forecast adjustments and communicate constraints during Sales & Operations Planning meetings.
  • Participate actively in monthly Requirements & Operations Planning sessions and new product launch teams.
  • Identify and manage obsolete, slow-moving, or non-moving inventory.
  • Lead or contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing planning processes.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems, MRP, and advanced planning tools is a plus.
