Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic, onsite recruitment collaborator for Dyson's business services group. This position facilitates more efficient hiring decisions, effective workforce planning, and a steady talent pipeline by closely partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to fulfill dynamic staffing requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as a dependable talent advisor by working closely with hiring managers daily.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define workforce priorities, job specifications, and volume changes.
- Facilitate swift consensus on role definitions, interview evaluations, and hiring approvals.
- Manage the complete recruitment process within assigned areas, from requisition initiation to offer acceptance.
- Implement rapid screening, interviewing, and offer management to significantly shorten hiring timelines.
- Ensure smooth coordination of onsite interviews while delivering a consistently high-quality experience for candidates.
- Quickly address spikes in hiring needs, backfills, and organizational changes with minimal disruption.
- Adapt role profiles, candidate criteria, and recruiting strategies continually as business needs shift.
- Identify potential hiring challenges and capacity issues early to avoid crises.
- Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to support anticipated hiring demands.
- Leverage recruitment analytics to enhance quality of hire, reduce time-to-fill, and improve hiring effectiveness.
- Uphold strict compliance with recruitment governance and documentation procedures.
- Serve as the principal contact for all recruitment activities within the designated stakeholder segment.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with hiring managers, HR partners, and interview teams.
- Drive prompt decision-making through structured collaboration with leaders and key stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 5 to 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, especially with onsite recruitment.
- Experienced in managing high-volume and rapidly evolving hiring needs.
- Has strong insight into the Indian talent market, particularly in the Gurgaon/NCR region.
- Exemplary communication, stakeholder engagement, and persuasive skills.
- Able to act with urgency, navigate ambiguity, and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
- Data-oriented approach with familiarity using recruitment metrics to inform decisions.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Advanced degrees such as an MBA or master’s in Human Resources or Talent Management are preferred.
