Role Overview
The Valve Application Engineer role demands a blend of technical proficiency and customer service abilities to ensure that valve products meet precise application requirements. This position entails recommending appropriate valves, offering detailed technical support, and fostering close relationships with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and recommend valve selections tailored to specific application needs.
- Deliver extensive product knowledge and technical troubleshooting support.
- Engage with customers to comprehend their requirements and pinpoint new opportunities.
- Provide training sessions to customers and internal teams regarding valve applications and best practices.
Essential Knowledge and Skills
- Strong familiarity with various valve types, their applications, and relevant industry standards.
- Proficient problem-solving skills to effectively resolve technical challenges.
- Excellent communication abilities to convey technical information clearly.
- Capability to build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Required proficiency in AutoCAD to support design and technical evaluations.
Compensation
The remuneration for this position ranges between 25,000 and 35,000 INR per month.
