Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Telecallers to join our collections department within the banking sector, based in Noida. Immediate joining is available for both freshers and experienced individuals. The position involves managing outbound calls to customers regarding their pending payments and EMI reminders with a focus on achieving set targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and collection follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records using CRM tools.
- Track customer commitments and ensure timely payments through consistent follow-ups.
- Meet daily and monthly collection objectives set by management.
- Develop and sustain positive communication to foster customer relationships.
- Escalate issues that cannot be resolved directly to relevant departments.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, collection protocols, and legal regulations.
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education: Intermediate (10+2) or higher; graduates are welcome.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates, with preference given to those with customer service or collections background for higher salary brackets.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic proficiency in English.
- Effective persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer literacy including typing skills.
- Capacity to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving aptitude.
- Prior telecalling, collections, or sales experience and familiarity with CRM software are advantageous.
