Job Overview
The role involves conducting outbound calls to current or prospective clients as well as managing incoming customer calls to address inquiries. The candidate must clearly communicate information about products, services, and promotional offers.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to potential customers and respond to inbound calls professionally.
- Provide clear explanations regarding company products, services, and offers.
- Identify and generate leads while arranging appointments for the sales team.
- Keep customer records updated and maintain database accuracy.
- Follow up with customers for feedback or to finalize sales processes.
- Address and resolve customer complaints tactfully and efficiently.
- Work towards achieving set targets daily, weekly, and monthly related to calls and sales.
