Role Overview
The position involves making outbound calls to potential clients with the aim of lead generation and effectively promoting relevant products or services based on client needs. The telecaller will manage customer inquiries, convert leads into sales, and maintain accurate customer data within the CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to create sales leads.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate offerings.
- Conduct follow-ups to convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Address customer questions and provide correct information.
- Meet or surpass the established sales and calling targets.
- Keep customer information up to date in the CRM platform.
- Foster strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and customer assistance.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on call and follow-up activities.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver a positive experience in all customer communications.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this role ranges between 20,000 and 27,000 INR.
