Overview and Responsibilities
This role involves proactively reaching out to potential customers through outbound calls to generate sales leads, promote products and services, and convert prospects into buyers. The telecaller will effectively communicate the company's offerings, address customer queries, and tailor conversations to customer needs.
Key Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to promote company products and services.
