Position Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of Huawei, a globally recognized IT and Communications leader, an experienced Telecom Services Solution Manager (Presales) to advance carrier service and software solution initiatives throughout the Middle East. This client-facing position integrates telecom presales, solution consulting, commercial service design, bid management, and strategic customer partnerships.
Key Duties
- Identify and cultivate opportunities for carrier service and software solutions.
- Assess customer needs and craft competitive service offerings.
- Drive telecom service strategy, assist business development, and provide market analysis.
- Lead telecom operator service solution architecture.
- Create commercial proposals and manage bidding documentation.
- Analyze customer RFPs and oversee internal bid coordination.
- Engage in client meetings for clarifications and technical demonstrations.
- Support brand initiatives, including events, exhibitions, and executive engagements.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with telecom operator clients.
- Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and product departments internally.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in Telecom Presales, Professional Services, or Solution Management roles.
- Proven track record supporting telecom operator projects.
- Hands-on experience with telecom service or software solutions.
Preferred Expertise and Knowledge
- Familiarity with SmartCare, Managed Services (MS), and Data Center Services.
- Experience in Telecom Software Solutions.
- Knowledge of Huawei LTC processes, carrier bidding, commercial proposal drafting, RFP/RFQ responses, and service commercial design.
Languages
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is preferred.
Additional Skills
- Expertise in Telecom Presales and Professional Services.
- Bid Management capabilities.
- Service Commercial Design proficiency.
- Strong Telecom Solution Consulting skills.
- Experience with Managed Services and customer engagement.
- Deep understanding of Carrier Business and RFP response processes.
