Job Overview
We are recruiting for multiple telesales executive positions in the banking sector to be based in Kochi. The role involves initiating outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting banking and financial products, explaining their advantages, generating qualified leads, meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate CRM records, and delivering outstanding customer support.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
The ideal candidate should hold a graduate degree and possess strong communication abilities. Both freshers and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in telesales, BPO, banking, insurance, or financial sales. A fundamental understanding of computer operations is necessary.
