About the Role
National Engineering is seeking a proficient Tender Executive to join our team. In this critical position, you will be responsible for managing and preparing detailed tender documents for various projects. Your contributions will significantly influence the organization's ability to secure new contracts, thereby boosting business growth in the marketing, advertising, and sales sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and comprehend tender documents to thoroughly understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with different internal departments to collect all necessary data for tender proposals.
- Create and submit comprehensive tender proposals within the deadlines assigned.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all tender documentation with relevant regulations and standards.
- Follow up on submitted tenders, addressing any queries or requests for additional information promptly.
- Conduct research to find and identify potential new tender opportunities in the market.
- Work closely with stakeholders to formulate competitive pricing strategies.
- Maintain organized tender records and databases for future reference and audits.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 18,000 to INR 25,000.
