  • Administer Investment Committee ledgers by updating and managing investment targets, position changes, and credit investment details for new and ongoing holdings.
  • Develop, update, and refine cash flow projection models across credit facilities; create portfolio-level reports that assist portfolio managers in return sensitivity analysis and stress testing various portfolio positions.
  • Monitor current and forecasted exposures for all overflow funds, supporting activities such as capital calls, distributions, and managing liquidity effectively.
  • Collaborate with investment teams, treasury, middle office, accounting, and compliance departments to guarantee the precise and swift exchange of credit portfolio information organization-wide.
  • Provide timely ad hoc support to various stakeholders as required.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • Between 3 to 7 years of relevant experience within investment teams, middle office operations, or investment operations at asset management firms, banks, CLO management entities, or similar credit-oriented platforms.
  • Open to candidates transitioning from investment operations or middle office with no direct trading experience, as well as trading desk professionals interested in focusing on portfolio support roles.
  • Robust knowledge of credit fundamentals, including spread analysis, yield to maturity, original issue discount (OID), payment-in-kind (PIK) mechanisms, leverage, coverage ratios, and covenant frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of a wide range of credit instruments such as bonds, term loans, revolving credit facilities, delayed draw loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and structured credit products.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed cash flow models and projection tools using Excel, with capability to perform return sensitivity analyses based on key credit assumptions.
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly synthesize and articulate portfolio-related information to diverse teams with varying technical backgrounds.
  • Advanced Excel skills essential, including financial modeling, dynamic projections, pivot tables, and comprehensive portfolio reporting.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg terminal is preferred.
  • Experience with business intelligence software such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
