Trainee Parts Advisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a Trainee Parts Advisor to join our Audi showroom in Stratford-upon-Avon. This full-time role involves working Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (with a one-hour break) and Saturdays 8:30am to 1pm on a rotational basis. The position offers a basic salary of £29,000 plus monthly bonuses with an on-target earning potential up to £32,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage diverse tasks including inventory receipt and direct customer service at the front desk.
• Handle pre-picking parts for workshop job cards, process customer orders, and verify stock availability.
• Engage with customers through incoming/outgoing calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries, building strong customer relationships by offering knowledgeable assistance.
• Regularly replenish consumables and service parts to support smooth operations for workshops and retail/trade clients.
• Process warranty claims related to parts efficiently, managing all documentation such as customer records and invoicing accurately.
• Gain expertise in Audi’s premium vehicle parts to understand their function and applications.

Candidate Profile

• No prior automotive industry experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
• Having a good automotive knowledge and eagerness to learn is advantageous.
• Capable of quickly forming connections with customers and excelling in customer service.
• Proactive, sales-focused approach with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional attitude with a commitment to quality service delivery.
