Job Overview
We are seeking a Trainee Parts Advisor to join our Audi showroom in Stratford-upon-Avon. This full-time role involves working Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (with a one-hour break) and Saturdays 8:30am to 1pm on a rotational basis. The position offers a basic salary of £29,000 plus monthly bonuses with an on-target earning potential up to £32,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diverse tasks including inventory receipt and direct customer service at the front desk.
- Handle pre-picking parts for workshop job cards, process customer orders, and verify stock availability.
- Engage with customers through incoming/outgoing calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries, building strong customer relationships by offering knowledgeable assistance.
- Regularly replenish consumables and service parts to support smooth operations for workshops and retail/trade clients.
- Process warranty claims related to parts efficiently, managing all documentation such as customer records and invoicing accurately.
- Gain expertise in Audi’s premium vehicle parts to understand their function and applications.
Candidate Profile
- No prior automotive industry experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
- Having a good automotive knowledge and eagerness to learn is advantageous.
- Capable of quickly forming connections with customers and excelling in customer service.
- Proactive, sales-focused approach with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude with a commitment to quality service delivery.
