About the Role
BackTech, a premier provider of remote staffing solutions, is searching for an experienced Upwork Bidder to contribute to our team's success. This full-time position operates from 8 PM to 5 AM, five days a week, aligning with U.S. business hours. The role centers around bidding on freelance platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer, coupled with social media marketing and lead generation to drive business expansion and increase client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable projects across freelance sites and craft persuasive proposals tailored to project criteria.
- Engage with prospective clients to comprehend their project needs and negotiate agreements.
- Keep an organized log of bids submitted and manage timely follow-ups on potential opportunities.
- Design and execute social media marketing strategies to strengthen brand recognition and user engagement.
- Manage content scheduling and posting across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Stay informed on social trends and optimize campaigns based on performance analytics.
- Source and cultivate a pipeline of qualified leads via digital channels and strategic networking.
- Implement email marketing initiatives to nurture leads and convert prospects to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine lead generation approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Fluent proficiency in written and spoken U.S. English.
- Demonstrable experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proven success in bidding and winning projects on freelance job sites.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and ability to work independently.
- Knowledgeable in lead generation tactics and marketing strategies.
