About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and experienced US IT Recruiter to become part of our expanding recruitment team based in Vadodara. The candidate must demonstrate expertise in managing full recruitment cycles for US IT positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating compensation and offers, and successfully closing candidates for contract, contract-to-hire (C2H), and permanent roles.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for US IT job openings.
- Identify candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, other job boards, ATS tools, and advanced Boolean searches.
- Evaluate candidates' technical proficiencies, work histories, communication skills, authorization status, and alignment with client needs.
- Organize candidate interviews while maintaining regular communication to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Negotiate salary expectations, candidate availability, and onboarding schedules.
- Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to grasp client requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain precise candidate documentation and recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure prompt and quality candidate submissions with rapid turnaround times.
- Consistently achieve recruitment goals and key performance indicators on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.
- Proficient use of ATS platforms such as Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, or similar.
- Strong skills in Boolean search strategies and LinkedIn sourcing techniques.
- Excellent English communication abilities, both spoken and written.
- Capable of negotiating effectively and managing relationships with professionalism and organization.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with direct clients, Managed Service Providers (MSP), and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Specialized background in Healthcare IT recruitment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity recruiting Epic Systems certified consultants and other healthcare technology professionals is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Epic modules including Ambulatory, Willow, Beacon, ClinDoc, Orders, Cadence, Grand Central, Bridges, MyChart, Beaker, Cogito, HIM, Security, HB/PB, and Research adds value.
- Experience supporting healthcare providers, hospital networks, or Electronic Medical Record (EMR)/Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementations is preferred.
