About the Role
The Manifest is seeking a UX / UI Designer who collaborates effectively with both Front-End and Back-End developers in a creative, constructive, and lighthearted environment. This role also requires working closely with a diverse group of creative professionals including art directors, graphic designers, video producers, and bilingual copywriters. Coordination with a detail-oriented strategist is also part of the daily workflow, making the role dynamic and challenging.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate intensively with the creative team since projects often span multiple channels and disciplines.
- Work hand-in-hand with the digital team throughout the development process to ensure smooth execution.
- Keep user experience at the forefront by designing everything from wireframes to final visuals, including interactive prototypes.
- Create pixel-perfect graphical interfaces compliant with branding guidelines for desktop and mobile platforms, demonstrating a keen creative and aesthetic sense.
- Develop advertising campaigns adapted to digital formats such as websites, banners, newsletters, animated gifs, and videos.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and constraints relevant to the profession.
- Maintain focus and effort to meet project deadlines consistently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and Animate CC (expertise in Animate CC is highly valued).
- Experienced with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, and Adobe XD.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous.
- Previous professional experience in a similar role supported by a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
