Job Overview
As a UX/UI Designer, you will craft sophisticated user experience and interface solutions for intricate digital brands and product environments. You will be involved from ideation through to development handover, working on user flows, clickable prototypes, and digital touchpoints such as websites and platforms where creativity, branding, and usability converge.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop advanced UX and UI concepts for complex digital brand and product landscapes.
- Create user flows, click dummies, and prototypes, managing projects from initial concept to development transfer.
- Design digital touchpoints including websites, platforms, and interfaces balancing creative vision, brand identity, and usability.
- Work independently and responsibly within a team, closely collaborating with senior designers, group heads, and project management.
- Confidently present and justify your designs in both German and English.
- Engage with motion design, micro-interactions, and prototyping techniques.
- Approach design as a strategic tool with clear functionality, not just aesthetics.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Completed degree in UX/UI, Digital Design, Interaction Design or a related discipline.
- Initial professional or agency experience in UX/UI or digital branding environments.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual excellence, and an understanding of usability.
- Proficient with Figma (or alternatives like Sketch) and confident in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Structured, analytical work habits combined with a strong commitment to quality.
- Collaborative spirit, open-mindedness, and enthusiasm to tackle complex digital challenges.
- Fluent in both German and English.
Desirable Skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and understanding of technical dependencies.
- Experience working with design systems, component libraries, and developer handovers.
