Role Overview
Join Avrini Properties as a UX/UI Designer contributing to the User Experience team by creating intuitive, impactful product designs. This position focuses on delivering exceptional user journeys backed by comprehensive research and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned product area's technology and features.
- Conduct research to gather human and business insights that influence product decisions.
- Produce a range of deliverables such as competitive analysis, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes addressing real user needs.
- Effectively communicate UX findings and design solutions to internal teams and stakeholders, articulating complex concepts clearly.
Candidate Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing carefully designed, cohesive end-to-end customer journeys.
- Minimum five years of professional experience in interactive and/or visual design.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Up-to-date with trends in mobile technology, communication platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in generating polished design deliverables including prototypes and mockups using tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
- Capability to accurately estimate project scope, prioritize tasks independently, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated track record of contributing to launched products.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
