Validation Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Validation Engineer to join our team responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing operations, equipment, and processes meet stringent quality and compliance standards. This role supports both new commissioning projects and modifications to existing production facilities, aligning with regulatory demands and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Validation Master Plans across various production areas such as Blending, Canning, and Drying.
• Design, execute, and update validation protocols and reports including IQ, OQ, PQ, Process Validation, and Cleaning Validation.
• Interpret test data to verify conformity with established validation criteria.
• Maintain comprehensive validation documentation throughout the lifecycle, ensuring easy traceability and readiness for audits.
• Ensure the ongoing compliance of all GMP-related facilities and systems within the organization.
• Continuously develop and refine validation procedures to meet regulatory and contractual GMP standards.
• Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, QA, Engineering, and Project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of validation activities.
• Promote continuous improvement efforts targeting validation process efficiency without sacrificing compliance.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Possesses hands-on validation experience gained from roles in regulated manufacturing settings such as dairy, infant nutrition, pharmaceutical, or nutritional sectors.
• Has a solid and practical grasp of validation methodologies including IQ/OQ/PQ and cleaning or process validations.
• Knowledgeable about Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP systems is advantageous.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrates a proactive, hands-on mindset and thrives working collaboratively across departments.
