Job Overview
We are seeking a Verification Executive to join our team at Bombay Finance India Private Limited based in Mumbai. This role involves thorough verification of customer documentation and information to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Authenticate customer KYC documents including Aadhaar, PAN, and address proofs.
- Verify employment history, source of income, and banking data.
- Carry out telephonic verification with customers, employers, and provided references.
- Inspect loan application dossiers for completeness and accuracy.
- Detect any inconsistencies, fraudulent data, or missing paperwork.
- Collaborate with operations teams to address and resolve verification challenges.
- Make client site visits to conduct verification in person.
- Compile verification reports and deliver them within stipulated timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI regulations, and applicable compliance standards.
Compensation
This is a salaried position with a monthly pay range between 20000 to 25000 INR.
