About the Role

CELINE, a French luxury leather goods and couture house recognized for its elegant and timeless collections, is seeking a Visual Merchandiser Intern to join its retail team in London. Responsibilities

• Assist the Visual Merchandiser Coordinator in daily tasks related to merchandise presentation and branding standards.
• Implement the latest visual merchandising (VM) guidelines across London stores during product launches.
• Conduct regular updates between launches to ensure stores remain visually appealing and aligned with guidelines.
• Prepare sample displays in advance of launches to maximize efficiency.
• Participate in in-store training sessions alongside the VM Coordinator.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively while keeping an overview of workload.
• Collaborate with department managers to align retail needs with VM directives.
• Communicate with store teams post-launch to explain styling and presentation approaches.
• Maintain organized VM tool areas in stores, including performing occasional inventories.
• Support zoning efforts and administrative tasks as needed.
• Occasionally travel to other regional stores to provide support.
• Exhibit flexibility, including availability for weekend work and adaptability to schedule changes.
• Represent CELINE positively, embodying its spirit of creativity and excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in visual merchandising with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with the Northern European market and consumer preferences.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Excellent communication abilities coupled with business insight.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude, curiosity, and empathy.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
