Waitress

Position Purpose

The main objective of this role is to prepare the dining area before service, keeping the space clean, organized, and fresh, while also carrying out service duties for customers.

Key Duties

• Support morning cleaning activities within the restaurant.
• Ensure all service utensils are thoroughly cleaned prior to each service session.
• Assist the captain waiter in setting up the restaurant.
• Maintain a neat appearance and uphold strict hygiene standards.
• Help the captain waiter with mise en place preparation tasks.
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently.
• Support the captain waiter by placing food plates on customers' tables.
• Change ashtrays and replenish water glasses during service.
• Clear and clean tables after customers finish their meals.
• Transport used plates and glasses to the dishwashing section.
• Operate under the guidance and instructions of the captain waiter.
