Overview
A prominent jewelry retailer is looking for a fully remote Web Content Specialist to contribute to a major website redesign and content migration project. This role begins promptly upon selection and is expected to continue for at least six months, with a workload of 40 hours per week. The specialist will be essential in managing, publishing, and optimizing website content to ensure a seamless user experience on the updated platform.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage, update, and publish website content within a CMS as a key part of the company’s broad site overhaul and content migration.
- Maintain the accuracy, continuity, and brand consistency of all website content.
- Conduct detailed quality assurance reviews across web pages, verifying content accuracy, hyperlink functionality, formatting, and overall website usability.
- Collaborate closely with the eCommerce Director and Content Manager to adhere to established project deadlines, incorporate feedback, and ensure deliverables meet specified standards.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least three years of experience in website content management, digital production, or web publishing roles.
- Practical expertise using content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or comparable platforms.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods and current web best practices.
