About the Internship
Join Primetrade.ai, a specialized AI and blockchain venture studio, for a six-month internship focused on AI agent development. You will contribute to developing tool-based agent workflows and ensure robust and reliable operations through testing and validation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate tool-utilizing agent workflows involving planning, tool interaction, and producing structured outputs.
- Create and maintain tool wrappers such as APIs and parsers incorporating retry mechanisms, timeout controls, validations, and logging processes.
- Apply JSON schema enforcement and implement safety checks to prevent unsafe or invalid outputs.
- Design and run test harnesses with around ten test prompts, tracking pass/fail outcomes to ensure quality.
- Participate in collaborative development through GitHub pull requests, while documenting agent behaviors thoroughly.
Applicant Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to work remotely and commit to the internship duration of six months.
- Available to start between July 20, 2026, and August 24, 2026.
- Should possess relevant skills and interest in AI agent development; freshers are welcome to apply.
Required Skills and Additional Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python programming and software testing techniques.
- Experience or prototype demonstrating agent or tool-calling abilities is preferred.
- Strong debugging skills and foundational testing capabilities.
- Comfortable using command-line interface (CLI) tools and producing clean, well-structured outputs.
Stipend and Benefits
- A stipend of INR 10,000 per month during the internship period.
- After successful internship completion and conversion to a permanent role, an expected salary of INR 300,000 per year.
- Additional perks include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, and the possibility of a job offer.
