About the internship
This internship is focused on helping the business development team grow the sales pipeline and support client conversations for SpryteLabs. You will work on lead generation, discovery calls, CRM updates, client meetings, and proposal support while contributing to outreach and marketing alignment.
Sales and pipeline growth
- Find and screen prospects through outbound outreach across email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
- Handle incoming leads, nurture them, and conduct discovery conversations to understand interest and fit.
- Keep the CRM updated with accurate activity logs, lead progress, and sales status.
Client engagement and solution selling
- Present the company’s solutions across cloud services, AI, custom software teams, and tech resourcing.
- Assess client needs and convert those needs into customized service proposals.
- Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups for the on-site sales team.
Business development
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular follow-up activity.
- Participate in virtual events to uncover new business opportunities.
- Work with the marketing team to improve messaging and sales collateral.
Eligibility
Applications are open only to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship, are able to start between 8 July 2026 and 12 August 2026, can commit to a 2-month duration, are based in Bangalore, and have relevant interest and skills.
Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 12,000 to 15,000.
