About the Internship

We are seeking enthusiastic interns to join Happ Media Private Limited as Content Development Interns focusing on English content. Happ Media is a fast-growing, comprehensive learning enterprise collaborating with distinguished clients such as ITC, GSK, Coca-Cola, ICICI Bank, and many others in the training, coaching, and e-learning sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on various soft skills and behavioral topics.
• Create and script engaging e-learning and micro-learning modules.
• Evaluate and review e-learning and microlearning content assets to ensure quality.

• Applicants must be capable of working from home.
• Availability to begin the internship between July 30, 2026, and September 3, 2026.
• Commitment to complete a full 2-month internship duration.
• Possess relevant skills and interests in content creation and writing.

• Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in English literature or psychology.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹12,000.
• Internship tenure is 2 months.
• Interns will receive a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, and a potential job offer upon successful internship completion.
• Work schedule consists of 5 days per week.

Additional Information

• Successful interns who transition to full-time employees can expect an annual salary between ₹200,000 and ₹300,000.
