About the Internship
This internship offers an extensive learning opportunity in Human Resources, focusing on vital functions including attendance tracking, recruitment, process structuring, and organizational development. Interns will be actively involved in maintaining workforce reports, monitoring absenteeism, managing confidential employee files, and supporting recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Additionally, the role includes assisting with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) updates, HR process enhancements, and contributing to the development of essential HR documentation like the Employee Handbook and KYC systems. Interns will also participate in planning team engagement activities, supporting employee wellbeing programs, employer branding, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Compliance tasks involve compiling documentation for accreditations such as ISO and AICTE, researching regulations, and liaising with external authorities. Documentation management will include drafting agreements and official communications and maintaining centralized digital records and performance dashboards. Operational duties consist of tracking daily tasks, following up on team deliverables, and supporting process improvements.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between July 17, 2026, and August 21, 2026, and commit to a six-month tenure. Candidates should possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for human resources functions.
Stipend and Perks
The internship stipend ranges from INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month. Successful interns will receive a letter of recommendation upon completion.
