Role Overview

This in-office telecalling internship is based in Bareilly, with openings also available in Meerut, Varanasi, and Allahabad. The position involves handling customer conversations, supporting lead creation, and maintaining accurate call records while working toward performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and manage incoming calls for support, inquiries, or order-related assistance.
• Spot potential leads by understanding customer requirements and moving prospects through the sales process.
• Respond to questions, resolve concerns, and help troubleshoot issues related to products or services.
• Keep customer records current by logging call details, notes, and scheduled follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Work consistently toward daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets such as call numbers or sales milestones.
• Stay informed about product updates, service changes, and company policies so that offerings can be communicated clearly.

Eligibility

Applicants should be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship, start between 22nd Jun'26 and 27th Jul'26, remain available for 6 months, and bring relevant skills and interest to the role.

Compensation and Schedule

The internship offers a stipend of INR 25,000 to 35,000 per month. The workweek is 5 days.

Additional Information

The internship duration is 6 months and the start is immediate. There are 20 openings across Bareilly, Meerut, Varanasi, and Allahabad.
