About the Internship
This internship involves managing tender-related activities within the company. The intern will be responsible for assisting in finding and acquiring relevant government and private tenders, particularly through platforms such as GeM and other procurement portals. They will prepare, organize, and maintain tender documentation, quotations, and related materials while coordinating with suppliers to obtain quotations, technical details, and compliance documents. The intern will be expected to upload and submit the tender documents properly and on time, maintain records on tender submissions and bid statuses using Excel or internal tracking systems, and communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth tender processes. Additional administrative and documentation tasks may be assigned by the reporting manager.

Compensation and Benefits
The stipend ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 17,000 per month. The payment structure includes a fixed pay component of INR 6,000 to 8,000 per month and an incentive pay ranging from INR 4,000 to 9,000 per month. Successful interns will also receive a certificate upon completion.
