Video Editing and Content Creation Intern

About the Role

Unicorn Tech Media, a rapidly expanding digital advertising firm incubated in 2018 and pivoting towards content solutions, is seeking passionate Video Editing interns to join their Gurgaon office. This full-time, onsite internship offers hands-on experience with short-form video content creation and AI-assisted editing workflows over a six-month period, with immediate start options.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit daily short videos specifically formatted for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Utilize AI-driven software to improve editing processes, including captions, hooks, voiceovers, and visual enhancements.
• Work on raw video materials such as office scenes, product presentations, and talking-head footage provided by the internal team.
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, background scores, and simple motion graphics to enhance video appeal.
• Tailor and optimize videos to match the unique requirements and current trends of each social media platform.
• Maintain brand consistency by adhering to the company’s tone, style, and content guidelines.
• Manage projects reliably within set deadlines and respond promptly to feedback with revisions.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must be available for full-time, in-office internship at the Gurgaon location and ready to start between July 29 and September 2, 2026.
• 6-month internship commitment is mandatory.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills are required, along with experience in at least one tool such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva.
• Acquaintance with AI content editing tools like Descript, Runway, Pika, or Opus Clip is expected.
• Solid understanding of short format social media content trends, audience retention, and effective storytelling techniques.
• Ability to perform efficiently under daily deadlines and a strong interest in AI-focused content production workflows.
• Experience in creating digital content for social media marketing and familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Canva at a basic level are advantageous.
• Preference for candidates residing near Gurgaon.

Compensation and Benefits

• The internship stipend ranges from INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month.
• Interns work five days a week with an informal dress code.
• Upon successful completion and transition to permanent employment, annual salary expectations range from INR 400,000 to 500,000.
