Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Assist the Guest Relations Manager in managing day-to-day guest relations operations.
- Ensure outstanding guest experiences from arrival till departure.
- Oversee VIP guests, special events, and personalized guest preferences.
- Lead and mentor the hostess and guest relations team members.
- Professionally address guest feedback and service recovery issues.
- Collaborate with restaurant operations to guarantee smooth service delivery.
- Monitor reservations and optimize seating efficiency.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and comply with CRM standards where applicable.
- Adhere to luxury hospitality and brand guidelines.
- Create a warm, energetic, and guest-centered atmosphere.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in Guest Relations within luxury hospitality environments.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Background in premium restaurants, beach clubs, or lifestyle venues is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident managing VIP and international clientele.
- Familiarity with reservation management systems like SevenRooms or OpenTable is a plus.
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service experiences.
