Role Overview
The Assistant Manager role at Showcase involves collaborating closely with the Store Manager to drive the store's success by fostering a dynamic and entertaining customer experience. This position emphasizes coaching sales team members, ensuring adherence to store standards, and supporting daily operational tasks.
Key Duties
- Maintain high enthusiasm and product expertise to engage customers effectively.
- Create interactive and enjoyable shopping environments, including live product demonstrations.
- Boost sales performance via suggestive selling and sharing detailed product information.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and other key performance indicators.
- Support daily store operations such as merchandising, price adjustments, and inventory management.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Flexible scheduling availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Previous experience in product demonstration is beneficial.
